  • What all is included in a Sanctuary tiny home?

    Each Sanctuary tiny home is a furnished one-bedroom and includes:

    • Comfy queen bed (with sheets, pillows and comforter)
    • Bathroom with walk-in shower 
    • Kitchen with refrigerator, coffee maker and toaster oven. It also includes glasses, plates, silverware, and pans.
    • High-top dining table/work area
    • Wi-fi
    • Bedroom closet and hall closet for storage
    • Furnished living room with smart TV
    • Private porch with a propane firepit
    • Picnic table
    • Parking for two cars

  • What is the minimum stay?

    The Sanctuary homes are available for stays of three months or longer.

  • Are pets allowed?

    We have one home that is dog-friendly, with a $200 pet deposit. Two dog minimum. 


    There is also a fenced-in dog walking area, in addition to the beautiful landscape around the river.
